This October, we’re raising our glasses to an extraordinary milestone. Ridgeview are celebrating 30 years of English sparkling excellence, and we’re thrilled to be hosting a very special dinner in their honour here at The Ginger Pig.
For one unforgettable evening, Head Winemaker Simon Roberts and Mardi Roberts will join us to share treasures from the Ridgeview cellar, including prestige archive vintages that have been quietly resting for decades. Paired with a five-course menu created by our chefs, these rare bottles rank among the oldest sparkling wines available in the country and are seldom released. Each glass poured carries its own story of craft, patience and time.
The Gingerman group were among Ridgeview’s very first customers, boldly replacing Champagne by the glass with Ridgeview English sparkling over 25 years ago. This dinner is a chance to celebrate that shared belief in exceptional quality and to be part of sparkling history.
